CenterWest is a multi-stage neighborhood development in downtown Baltimore that opened with two apartment buildings, Avra and Cirro. Page-Won was tasked with the challenge of unifying both apartment buildings and all future buildings into one CenterWest branded website. A system needed to be developed that could manage the floorplans of multiple buildings from a single floor plan catalog page. The floorplan system also had to sync up with the Real Page online leasing portal. Page-Won developed a floorplan catalog system that delivers a smooth user experience and is easy for the leasing office to manage. Floorplans can be added or edited in bulk from a simple spreadsheet or one by one from the website editor dashboard. Pricing, square footage, amenities, accessibility, and other custom data points can be edited very easily without fumbling through a bunch of setting screens. Website visitors can browse all floorplans or filter based on the building, number of bedrooms, or other things they're interested in. From the floorplan catalog, the visitor can request a demo or begin a lease application. The specific call to action for the floorplan can be set by CenterWest's leasing office, marketing team, or any of the website admins. Construction will be ongoing, so they need to build awareness around apartments that will be available soon and sell their current inventory. This feature enables CenterWest to market properties responsively, based on when they are coming onto the market.
